Any currently-matriculated student in a United States higher education institution: community college, college, or university.

WHAT ARE THE CONTEST DATES?
November 17, 2008 - April 30, 2009

WHAT ARE THE PRIZES?
Grand Prize: $1,000
Second Prize: $750
Third Prize: $500

HOW WILL ENTRIES BE JUDGED?
Winning entries will be selected based on:
•Creativity
•Technical quality for videos
•Content
•Overall effectiveness of delivery

WHAT ARE THE TOPICS?
The topics for submission are:
Education
Entertainment
Film & Animation
How to & Style
Music
News & Politics
Nonprofits & Activism
Science & Technology
Sports
Travel & Events

HOW DO I ENTER?
Upload your video as a "Video Response" to the "SPA Welcome Video" (the main video) on this site. Once approved, your video will be visible. Encourage your friends and classmates to submit, too!
