As an artist, I was deeply touched and inspired by Wesley Autrey's selfless and heroic action to save the life of another fellow human being. A good heart transcends all matter of race and religion.

I was very pleased to meet Wesley, his two daughters, and the rest of his family. This original painting that I presented to Wesley Autrey is entitled "A hero/Angel is Born". I was very inspired when I was applying the strokes of my brush on the canvas.
