Why is it that Latino neighborhoods (i.e. Milpas, Maryvale, Guadalupe) look like shit with gang grafitti all over the place? I disagree. If you are a legal citizen you have nothing to worry about.. 287g should have never been needed. Immigration laws should have been enforced many years ago by the local police departments. I have absolutely no problem with Latinos.
