Known as "the one with the abs", Jason has brought his trademark blankness to campaigns for cat food, animal cruelty, and a weird one in Japan that might have been for cereal or home pregnancy tests. And Jason swears he had his name before the guy in True Blood.
Laura Peterson is an actress living in Los Angeles. She's been working "in the business" since she was seven years old. She's been in such popular productions as Kids Incorporated, Charlie The Abusive Teddy Bear, and many commercials. Her most notorious commercial was for the horribly-named Shake Baby, a baby-shaped milkshake maker that one newspaper called "The most offensive product of the twentieth century."
Mike Lipschitz is an aspiring actor who just moved to Los Angeles. Mike spends most of his time thinking about his girlfriend Laura, as well as writing her songs and sending her video messages. He tends to fall down a lot. And he's gotten a lot better about not crying in public.
Flower Higgens is a child of mother earth. Not one to shy away from alternative lifestyles, she marches to the beat of her own drummer. Flower has always been passionate about the arts and has always felt the need to express herself through them. She hope that the Acting School Academy will bring her closer to her emotions and help others feel what she is feeling. There is so much beauty in this world and she wants everyone to see it.
Katie Pierce wants to use acting to heal the world. When she's not spending time giving hugs to her adopted family, she enjoys doing volunteer work. Her favorite charity is the Hope Center, which mentors children afflicted with RBDP (retarded, blind, diabetic, and with incurable polio).
Gwendolyn Ravenwood just completed a stay at the Sunny Pines institute for mental health. While there Gwendolyn was able to focus on herself and managed to stop the voices inside her head. She has always been drawn to acting for the intensity of the craft and the emotion that it can bring if done correctly.
Gary Lopez is an aspiring actor trying to make his way in the industry. Gary is gay and does not hide it. He tends to find himself in situations where people assume since he is gay, that he falls into gay stereotypes as well. Gary finds this extremely frustrating. He hopes that by taking classes at the Acting School Academy he will be able to break those stereotypes. He cant stand shopping, has never had a manny, peddy, and has never been one for cosmopolitans.
Charlie The Abusive Teddy Bear, which stars ASA alumn, Laura Peterson, aired on television for only one season in 1996.
