Lisa Mojsin is the founder and director of Accurate English, an accent reduction training center in Los Angeles. Lisa has a Master Degree in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages, a BA degree in French and German from UCLA. She speaks five languages. She is the author of the book, "Mastering the American Accent," (with cd's) published by Barron's Educational Series. You is available at your local bookstore and on various book seller websites.

She has worked with professionals from all over the world. In LA she specializes in working with clients in the entertainment industry in Hollywood such as actors, newscasters and announcers, where accurate pronunciation of English is a must. Her typical non-entertainment industry clients in the LA area are foreign born physicians, lawyers, software engineers and business executives.

She has taught at UCLA-Extension, Santa Monica College, Loyola Marymount University, West Los Angeles College, Otis College of Art and Design, plus at numerous adult and language schools. She has also taught in China, Germany and New Zealand and has worked as an interepreter in France. One of her favorite jobs was working for the Olympic games as a translator for three different languages.
