It's been 6 weeks since I viewed these videos. I started doing the push-ups and full crunches. Started out doing 20 push ups ever 2 hours and 50 crunches every 2 hours... did that in an 8 hour period. Now on week six, I'm doing 100 push-ups and 300 crunches every 2 hours. Mixed in with walking 2 miles, jogging 1 mile, and running 1/2 mile a day, I am in the best shape of my life. Thank you for these videos!!!
