I am a rather large videogame fan, I do not go stupidly crazy over them but I do enjoy a good gaming and that is why I am sharing my love of games with the interweb.

Right, if you're still soldiering on you're probably here to find out how I record my videos. Well first you must find the secret treasure and... jokes :D
I use easycap, a usb device that connects the pc to the console via a cable that comes out of your console that ends in 3 red, white and yellow cables (these should usually be plugged into your telly). It's pretty cheap, brand new online it's about £20 which is a great price compared to dazzle (plus easycap also seems to be more reliable) but if you go on ebay, there's loads from as little as a fiver. The downside is that you'll lose the ability to watch videogames on your telly... UNLESS you buy two AV splitters (these cost about a pound each) and then two sets of RCA cables (the same as the ones that connect the console to the easycap). Therefore a set up can be under 20 quid, so why not give it a go???
