I dont care if it sold millions of copys and whatever, the game was bullcrap. Last i checked games were suppose to be fun something RE4 lacks. Its a mix of Dead Rising (easy enemies) and Resident evil, but instead of being awesome like it could be it becamse stupid. RE4 could have gone 2 ways. It could have been like Dead Rising were it had a crap load of enemies that were easy and fun to kill, or it could have been moar like resident evil and have slightly harder enemies and gone moar horror like.

Yes some parts of the games the enemies are vast but these moments are very rare and brief. The only 2 times the game was actually fun was either during the cabin with luis, or in the village in the begining of the game. The whole game is really presintation which makes most people over look its massive flaws. Yeah the enemies are crap easy (I explained why enough get over it) but it wouldnt be such a problem if there were moar of them. In dead rising the enemies are crap easy, but there are so many its fun. In RE4 there are a lot but no enough to make up for them being so weak.

Yes there is mercenaries mode but again if they had maor ganados to pwn it would be fun. The ganados in the mercenaries are very spread out which is boring. After a while they group together (the AI in this game is awefull) but it takes a while and even when you kill them all there arnt that many to kill, and they take forever to gather up. Over all mercenaries mode is pretty pathetic.

Fine ill explain why the ganados are so easy. First of all they flinch at everything. This usually wouldnt be a problem but it is, because they stumble for to long. This is really easy to keep a crowd at bay. Also the fact that you can shoot 1 in the face and do the sweep kick, which knocks ALL THEM DOWN!!! is really over powered. Im not fucking around with this either, it literaly knocks all of the ganados down, even some that are behind you. The fact that they stop running if they get

within a certain distance is stoopid. Sure they gather together then because some run to catch up, but you can just drop 1 grenade and they are all dead. The fact that you can snipe them out with a HANDGUN is really dumb. Im not kidding either. I saw a ganado really far away, so i pulled out my red9 and floored that bitches ass from across the place we were in. Its also kinda lame that leon is givin so much room to run away in and the ganados can only attack from a range if they have a cross bow (which appear about halfway through the game and are about 2 per every 3 rooms which is not enough to be actually challanging) or if your fighting J.J. who isnt till towards the end and he appears like 2x. The ganados can throw their weapons but they miss almost always and it moves really slow. Also they cant throw it that far, AND leon can deflect it with a bullet. Most of the time its completly by accident. Leon is virtually untouchable when it comes to far range attacks.

As far as gameplay goes, re4 cant offer much. The puzzles are very un-original and boring, and crap easy. The gameplay is the same you just go around killing ganados (usually in other RE games they would bring in other monsters to replace the zombies/ganados, which RE4 did but they rarly had the enemies and jst kept using the ganados). The game cant offer you shit. You run around doing the same brain dead puzzles over again, fighting the same enemies (sometimes with new cloths and a retarded alianish parisite that comes out of its head which is just stooopid imo), its boring and stoopid, and anyone who says it can offer a lot is a moron. Sure every once in a while something new will happen but after this it just goes back to its normal way which is boring.

The only boss i can respect is salazars right hand. U3 was a pussy who ran away the whole time (frigen woose), and the rest were just the same boss. You fight el Giante 3 times 4 if you count the 2nd one you fight the 3rd time. The lake monster was intimidating but not scary, he did make the game moar horrorish but not enough to make up for the void were horror should be. Salazar was a joke. Hes a fucking plant. Sadler was pitiful... I mean honestly hes a spider. If he had moar body than legs, and a little paler. he would look like U3. The village cheif was pathetic, omg. He just walks around and if you hit him enough times in the face he leans back not being able to attack for way to long. Then when he detaches from his legs he is even easier cuz 1 shotgun to the face and he falls down and cant do shit.

The game lacks horror to a point were i just want to throw up.... Its a fucking horror game, not a action game. It did not meet the minimal requirements to be a true horror game.
