White BBQ Sauce Recipes

The concept of White BBQ Sauce originally comes from North Alabama where it was served as a dip with BBQ pork and chicken. Now we call it "the new ketchup" or even better, "the anything sauce" because it goes great with almost anything. The decision was made to keep the title "White BBQ Sauce" out of tribute to the region from where it came. That and the name really gets your attention.

Glenn Coleman spent 30 years in the restaurant industry and operated several BBQ restaurants. His first BBQ restaurant was in Sacramento, CA where he wanted to serve a traditional Alabama BBQ and feature the white BBQ sauce he grew to love in Alabama. An outstanding chef in his own right, the thought of "re-creating" a new sauce did not faze him ....until he began "creating".
