Watch Dogg Committee is considered a community, although they are scattered geographically, they have interests or goals that binds them together. It is a movement wherein people, especially the poor and the oppressed and other members of the community, unite to liberate themselves from all forms of enslavement,violence and corruption, abusive use of power or authority, and create a condition in which there are no oppressors and oppressed. In addition, Watch Dogg uses the power of music, arts, and literature to promote awareness and also as mode of expression.
