~I WILL SAY THIS ONCE~
-i used a pandora'd battery and magic memmory stick
-created the pandora battery
-created the MMS
-NOT ALL INSTALLERS WORK TO MAKE A MMS
-this was my 4th attempt at a MMS

The files used to make my Magic Memmory Stick were:
NextGen_MMS_v08.11.08
(Google search it)
EDIT: people have been saying google brings up little results so try this MMS maker, RAIN's.

AND I SUCESSFULLY DOWNGRADED TO 4.01 M33-2
