So basically I was dissapointed in it. And I cut A LOT of things out of this video.
But if you are interested in some of the things I cut out here are some of the other things that they cut out/changed which I was annoyed about:
When Dumbledor comes to pick up Harry at the Dursley's. Just loads of funny moments in there.
Harry/Ron/Hermione sneak of to follow Malfoy without the invisibility cloak. After Malfoy leaves Hermioney does not go in the shop and try to find out what Malfoy bought (this was such a hillarious fail by Hermioney).
When Harry first comes in to the Burrow, no one else is awake except Mrs Weasley. Mr Weasly comes home and they use secure questions to make sure that the other is not an impersonator. Mr Weasly's questions is really embarrasing and that would have been a funny scene.
Fleur and Bill are completely cut out of the whole movie. Fleur has some good lines, and the next book starts with their wedding...
When they receive their OWL result. Hermione freaking out is really funny.
In that clothes shop they meet Malfoy, and he doesn't want to show his arm, big clue for the dark mark (I don't like how it was revealed that he was actually up to something. Throughout the book it was always just Harry thinking he was up to something).
Kreachure (and sirious' will)/Dobby are completely cut out from the movie.
All of the memories that were cut out (the Gaunts and the house elf) which showed us that Voldemort likes to collect prized things, which is a clue to what the Horcrux is. And while we are on horcruxes, Dumbledor doesn't tell Harry what he thinks the horcruxes are (e.g. something from huffelpuff and ravenclaw, and the snake), so how on earth is Harry going to find any of them in the next movie?
Quiddich. Luna doing the commentating and McGonagle getting annoyed. Ginny crashing into the tower thingy on purpose. McLaggen messing up big time.
The half blood prince's book. There was not that much mystery about it, and it only seemed to help Harry a little in the movie. Harry learns about the bezoar trick that saves Ron from that book... If you notice, Harry teaches the DA Levicorpus in the 5th one, so he couldn't learn that from the book... When Harry uses Sectumsempra he is holding the book! Wrong wrong wrong. And when Snape comes in, Harry just leaves and we don't see any consequence of him using pretty dark magic to attack Malfoy! (and it doens't seem justified either because we don't see Malfoy going to use 'Crucio'). That is just wrong wrong wrong and so out of character for Snape to just let him leave!
The learning of non-verbal spells was not as obvious. I REALLY wanted the first Defence lesson with Snape because it is really great.
Harry does not try to get nice to Slughorn until later, it is the other way round firt! Then Harry asks about the Horcrux and then Harry chases him...
The whole flirting thing was taken way to far! Ginny and Harry... Ginny does NOT show much interest in Harry before she breaks up with Dean, and its a secret that Harry likes Ginny. The movie makes Ginny seem like a slut. Hermione and Ron was also taken slughtly too far I think, although there is supposed to be something between them and a bit of jealousy.
And these are all just things that I thought of at the top of my head... there are many more (if I really tried to think about it),
Basically: READ THE BOOK
