I simply wish to share these images of Burma with fellow expats of the diaspora who might feel a little homesick from time to time and with the rest of the world that might take a friendly interest in the country.

May the world cease to be dominated by human greed and selfishness, the sorry state it's been in ever since Vasco da Gama rounded the Cape in the first successful attempt at globalisation.

May all sentient beings without exception be happy.

My humble obeisance to the Five Boundless Beneficence - the Buddha, the Dhamma, the Sangha, my parents and all my teachers by actual instruction or just by sight or by ear.

So thanks for adding that info and the nice comment. I love watching your videos about Burma/Myanmar. I am not Burmese by blood, but in my heart I miss it so bad whenever I am not in Myanmar. The food, the fantastically friendly, kind people. -Waterfestival! My times spent in Burma taught me how to be a human again after living in the US and loosing my heart to the soul-less commercial attitude. I think it is worth it for anyone who has the opportunity to go to Myanmar-just to meet the people. Avoid just hanging out in the tourist trap areas. I am so glad you are posting all these great videos showing what the daily life is like so that everyone can get a chance to get to know more about Burma.

	hdelicious (2 years ago) Wow, I love your stuff. It is so great to bring those images of such great food to the attention of everyone. I mean who can resist when they see such smooth gleaming tofu nwe. I have never been to that place in Pyin Oo Lwin but there is a mighty good spot for it in Kalaw at Kambawsa. Top of the market.... I read a remark at one point on the lonely planet bulletin how tourists were saying that Myanmar food was terrible and all you could get was bad Chinese food. It really made me sad to hear people saying that. MYANMAR FOOD IS AWESOME! Thanks so much.
