Live in Georgia now but I piece of my heart is still in Springfield, MA. I enjoy "going home" again with your videos. Grew up on Calhoun Street in the north end in the 70's and 80's.

Sure wish Springfield could make a comeback and get those historic houses and empty lots cleaned up before they are all lost for good.

Obviously not enough incentives for investors, unfortunately. Complicated Mass codes and taxes don't help either. Nothing is cheap or easily done up there.
