The team features returning driver Ed Carpenter for 2009 and the addition of Ryan Hunter-Reay for the first six races of the season. The team also adds driver James Davison to their new Firestone Indy Lights team.
Also new for 2009 is a technical partnership with a new Firestone Indy Lights team, Bryan Herta Autosport and driver Daniel Herrington. Vision Racing continues to proudly perpetuate the legacy of the Hulman-George family through motorsports excellence, by demonstrating the traditions and heritage of the Indianapolis 500 and IndyCar Racing.
