Ok, there is no such thing as a SURGE. It is a talking point to fool uninformed people. What really happened was called a TROOP INCREASE closer to the levels that the generals on the ground (that Bush claims to listen to so much) told Bush was needed at the START of the war (that he and the other moron Rumsfeld ignored). And factually inaccurate as the troop increase had not had any real effect at the time those Obama clips were made. It took 3 times longer than Bush said it would to see ANY real decrease in violence. And as awesome as our troops are (and they are the best), the decrease in violence was also attributed to the Sunni awakening (basically the U.S. taxpayers paying insurgents to fight insurgents).
