Hi Mate, just wondering hows everything going as I see you havn't got any recent videos uploaded (I assume due to the problem with smoothness) I could only really say your best bet is to trace back through how your getting your footage from camera to computer (I had problems going form MiniDV tapes to computer, in the end I had to get a new camcorder) but if you have all your drivers functioning well see if you can export your videos as different file types. It's only a guess but it may hopefully sort a few things out.
