Welcome to the VVF's non-profit YouTube channel!

Our mission at the VVF is to enhance and sustain the spirit of the Vail Valley by providing leadership in educational, athletic and cultural endeavors.

Fueled by the generous support of our donors and an ongoing commitment to serve the people of the Vail Valley, the Foundation is responsible for providing our community with some of its most treasured annual events, such as the Vail International Dance Festival, the American Ski Classic, Honda Session, Birds of Prey Race week, Vilar Center and our summer and winter free concert series. We have also had the pleasure of bringing major international events to the Vail Valley, including the 1989 and 1999 World Alpine Ski Championships and the 1994 and 2001 World Mountain Bike Championships.

Celebrate The Beat

Celebrate The Beat (CTB) teaches inspirational music and dance classes which help children discover their potential by motivating them to believe in themselves, value artistic expression and develop a personal standard of excellence. During school hours, our Teaching Artists serve an entire grade or an entire school by creating a music and dance extravaganza inspired by that year's educational theme. The teachers are professional dancers, choreographers, musicians and composers, all of whom believe that the arts should be an integral part of every child's education.

VVF Athletic Events

The Vail Valley Foundation is responsible for many world-class athletic events including the annual Birds of Prey Race Week in Beaver Creek, Honda Session in Vail, American Ski Classic and Colorado Stage International Cycle Classic. The VVF is also actively pursuing the 2013 World Alpine Ski Championships bid for Beaver Creek/Vail and brought the 1989 & 1999 World Alpine Ski Championships to Vail Valley in addition to the 2001 & 1994 World Mountain Bike Championships.
