Welcome to the H.Q. of the Utubia Presidency. UTUBIA is the Community Group, established Dec. 2006. This channel exists to serve the community of online video producers. Youtubia = Utubia = Utopia.

Utubia was founded as an experiment in entertainment/ education. Utubia is a realm of ideas for group harmony and collaboration. Manifesting in the physical dimension will take time. We have considered doing Meetups, yet there has to be a stated purpose. Our project originates from planning and role-playing in Virtual Reality.
