Oh, and by the way, I'm not really footballman, that's my lil brother. I'm using his account! Not that it matters too much but I felt weird that it said footballMAN since I'm you know, not...

Hey sean, I am a currently a college student and I'm trying to decide on my major. I would love to get into alternative health and training like yourself but I'm not sure what I should study now for the best preparation. We have a human physiology degree at school but it's a pretty poor program and chock full of conventional wisdom nonsense. We also have a biochemistry degree that has some amazing faculty but it doesn't focus as much on physiology and such. I don't know if you actually respond to these or not but if you do, could you maybe give me some tips? You're pretty much an inspiration to me and probably saved my life. Seriously.
Thanks.

I just made this youtube account so I'm not sure what I'm doing but, I have a few questions for you.

I'm trying to become a personal trainer (one like you probably) I'm going to go to 4 years of collage to get my ACE certifitation. But I'm not a buff or really muscular guy I'm just cut or fit if u will. So I'm trying to gain more muscle so people in the future (if I become a personal trainer) they will know I'm doing something right. I've probably watched 15 or 20 of your video's but none of them give tips on how to gain more muscle. Do I take protein shakes with grass feed raw meat and organic uncooked eggs with protein powder? And what brand of protein do i use that's good but cheap? And what foods do I eat? meats and such?

Thank you I'd appreciate it if u gave some tips on these.
Sorry for the long message but I had stuff I needed to get out.
Thanks for sharing your knowledge with us

Hey Sean, I'm glad to see that you have REAL credentials in exercise science!! There are so many utubers presenting themselves as professionals but won't list where they got their training or are providing info using technical terms that the average person doesn't understand. I know some of them have good intentions...But, you have to be responsible w/ the info you put out. I say leave it to the Real professionals who stay within their scope of practice.
I'll be done with my Kine degree in 3 semesters!! Yea me!!!
