Dr. Timothy Miller, chief of reconstructive and plastic surgery at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA and Vietnam veteran, discusses his efforts as lead surgeon for Operation Mend, a collaborative effort between UCLA and a Texas-based military burn center to aid wounded U.S. soldiers.

Miller spoke on Friday, November 7, 2008 during a Veterans Day memorial ceremony held on the UCLA campus.
