I consider myself a paleoconservative. I believe in limited government, capitalism, individual freedom, and a national defense (which includes both the military and citizens' militias). But don't mistake me for being bitter or partisan. My friends hail from every part of the political spectrum. And I'm not one of those neocons who have hijacked the GOP. In fact, I refuse association with any political party.
