I've had this interest in trust probably since I was a child when I realised that you just can't trust everyone! My fascination for people and how they think, behave, dream, achieve, make mistakes, learn and grow lead me to realise that the core to every relationship and interaction between human beings is TRUST. I've spent years reading about trust, meeting interesting people and talking about it, interviewing CEOs, senior executives, councellors, psychologists, parents and children about their thoughts on trust. I've now developed a business, Entente P/L, soley focussed on helping people in business and personally understand exactly what trust is and how they can actively build better relationships through that understanding. We've got some great tools and techniques, a simple and unique model that everyone loves and remembers, and some books: 'The truth about trust in business' and 'The simple truth about trust'. I've just started writing 'The truth about trust in personal relationships'. I love what I do, and I'm looking forward to using the blog to share my thoughts and opinions with those who are intersted in understanding this age old concept!
