The second in our series of free Health Talks seminars takes on the challenges of living with diabetes, one of Canadas fastest growing medical conditions. Strategies to treat and manage diabetes are constantly changing. Trilliums experts will share some information and updates on the latest approaches to managing diabetes.
Our Diabetes Management Centre is one of the biggest in the country. We have over 40 staff and serve over 8000 people with diabetes annually.
