Short Movie Clip of the Grand Finale of the 2009 UK Boogie Woogie Festival, where *ALL* the artists get together to make an exciting, feel-good ending to the evening concert performance.
Far too many musicians to list individually here - but suffice to say, you would be hard pressed to cram as many top draw Boogie Woogie Pianists around two Pianos!
The UK International Boogie Woogie Festival takes place every year over a long weekend {Fri/Sat/Sun} in June/July, based in Dorset, Southern England.

Movie recorded at a concert in Cardiff, South Wales in November 2009.
Beverley Knight MBE, hails from Wolverhampton in the West Midlands and is a British soul and R&B singer, songwriter, and record producer who released her debut album in 1995. Heavily influenced by soul greats such as Sam Cooke and Aretha Franklin, Knight has released five studio albums to date and is widely labelled as one of Britain's greatest soul singers.
The first track "Soul Survivor" is from the 2007 Album 'Music City Soul' and , as a point of interest, was recorded with a guest appearance from Chaka Khan.
Gold" was the third single released from the 1992 studio album," Who I Am" and is a big favourite amongst fans.
Personal Note : Obviously a 'Front Row' Concert with many special moments ... not least of which was when Beverley looked and pointed directly at me about 20 seconds into the movie clip. Great stuff!!

Movie recorded at a concert in Cardiff, South Wales in December 2007.
Marillion are a British Prog Rock group. Formed in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, England in 1979, their recorded studio output comprises fifteen albums and is generally regarded as comprising two distinct eras, delineated by the departure of original vocalist & frontman Fish in late 1988 after their first four albums, and the subsequent arrival of replacement Steve Hogarth ("H") in early 1989. Marillion has thus far released eleven albums with Hogarth.
"Seasons End" was the first album recorded by Marillion after the split with Fish in late 1988 and the song in the Movie is the title track.
Band line up : Steve Hogarth, vocals; Steve Rothery, guitars; Mark Kelly, keyboards; Peter Trewavas, bass; Ian Mosley, percussion
As for the "Let it Snow" clip near the end - well it was a Christmas Gig ... enough said, lol!

Movie recorded at a concert in Uden, Holland, in March 2009.
Mostly Autumn is a British band, producing music heavily influenced by classic 70s rock. The group formed in 1996, and have built their reputation through constant touring, never signing to a major label. The group's early influences were Genesis and Pink Floyd, and folk music. Later albums have also included more contemporary influences.
Carpe Diem" is a track from the Bands 'Storms Over Still Water' Album " and reflects on the Tsunami disaster. Lead/solo guitar comes from founder member Bryan Josh with soaring vocals from Olivia Sparnenn.
Personal Note : Great gig and it's perhaps worth noting that Olivia Sparnenn is not even the bands main singer - that honour goes to Heather Findlay who unfortunately had to miss this particular concert.
There is often some lively debate about the quality of the bands singers - much as I love Heather and can't ever imagine Mostly Autumn without her ... all I can say is after a performance like the one Olivia gave in Uden, she is perhaps 'under-used' in her role as main backing singer ... but as I say, can't imagine Mostly Autumn without Heather!

Movie recorded at a concert in Cardiff, South Wales in October 2009.
Gary Moore (born Robert William Gary Moore, 4 April 1952, Belfast, Northern Ireland) is a Northern Irish guitarist and singer. In a career dating back to the 1960s, Moore has played with artists including Thin Lizzy, B.B. King, Colosseum II, Greg Lake and the blues-rock band Skid Row, as well as having a successful solo career.
Of the two songs featured, the first : "All my Love" : is a slow blues track with some fantastic solo work towards the end. The second song "Walking by Myself" has a faster tempo with again, more great solo playing from Gary.
Personal Note : Being right down the front I found myself directly in line with the main Stage Amps ... and got absolutely *blasted* by the lead guitar in a truly terrifying but equally wonderful way, lol!

A Groningen collection of musicians from Turkey, Romania, Senegal and Middelstum. Groningen roots is what Grunroots are about. Music from afar, but then again also from around the corner. A tasteful mix of world music and jazz by Turkish multi- instrumentalist and singer Behsat Uvez, Romanian saxophonist Alex Simu, Dutchman Bert van Erk on double bass and Senegalese percussionist Moussé Pathé M'Baye. Grunroots started out at a session one evening in the Groningen Grand Theatre, almost three years ago. Ud player Haytham Safia also took part, but he's already playing with his own quartet in Adorp.
