I was wondering how easy is it for someone who doesn't know any Japanese to survive in japan, and did you know any Japanese before you went to Japan or did you just start to pick it up word by word?

How long after you were put on the alternate list did Jet reply back.

how hard is the economic recession hitting you down there? over here on the east coast in the united states, people are having a difficult time finding jobs. We have somewhere around 10% unemployment, higher in some areas. The news here is always grim talking about the DJIA going down.

Hi, just wanted to wish you a Happy new year

Well the hard part of the transition was being willing to move to the city without a job and look for one. The easy part was getting luck and finding one.

Hi Travel4Whit!
I watched a couple of your videos and I am not sure if you mention this, but I was wondering how you made your transition from being in the JET Program to a salaryman? Is cool how you are still working in Japan, I am sure your loving it.

Yes Ronald is very good. I even purchased his CD. The thing l like best about his videos though is how happy he is just playing music. I am quite envious.
