Hey, im wanting to start parkour. I know you might have covered some of the things in your video... but for someone JUST STARTING, what is some basic conditioning i could do to transition into the more, for lack of a better term- "hardcore" stuff? Also, where is the ideal place for circuits? or just ideal obsticles?

Thanks
