Katsumi "Tim" Nagae is a native of Japan and currently resides in Ann Arbor, Michigan. As well as working for a TV station in Ann Arbor, he independently produces documentaries, music videos, promotional videos, industrial/instructional videos and TV studio/on-location programs.

Nagae is also a musician/guitar player, writing original songs and performing in the Ann Arbor area. He often composes and creates sound track music for his own video and film programs.
