hi tim, i posted a comment asking about rules for sport jujitsu a month ago, and was unaware that u responded. Yes, your response did help, and thanks for responding. I do have some more questions though, i understand that there is different styles/rules of sport jujitsu, are there knee and elbow strikes allowed? Kickboxing and BJJ training is all that is neccessary for this i guess right? (of course judo never hurts either)... i am interested in this sport, as i train 2-3 times a week in BJJ and just started kickboxing. thanks for your time, and is there ground and pound?
