chop the ping balls up more and compact it more and done funnel normaly catches on fire which keeps the flame going instead of smoke. check out ours to see it going wrong we used 60 ping pong balls. bigger flame

the reason the ping pong ball goes wrong most of the time is its not compack enough and the fuse sets alite keeping it going. check out our videos to see 1 go really wrong we put 60 ping pong balls in it
