I do know this.. a shift has occurred in the way I see myself and interpret the world around me. No part of this process needs to be described in any spiritual or religious terms, although I can see now why someone else might choose to do so. This transformation of consciousness is undeniably the "enlightenment" of which spiritual speakers speak, and I'd like you to experience the same if you're interested. There is nothing special or unusual about me that has allowed this change to happen, and there is nothing in your past that could possibly keep you from becoming enlightened too.
You must realize that there is a reality that exists outside of this controlled artificial system. It took a lifetime for them to mold your reality for you, so you may not understand for quiet some time. Once you wake up, it's as if a hypnotist came along and snapped his fingers. You wake up and say to yourself, "Oh my god. I can see it now. Why did it take me so long to wake up?!" If you choose to travel the road to the truth, then you must be prepared for the obstacles that await you. You may be condemned or criticized by your family, your friends, your lovers, or your co-workers. This is their programming that began at birth that is doing exactly what it's supposed to do. Like Neo in the Matrix, he took the red pill from Morpheus in his attempt to cross over to his real self. Like anything else, take this information and knowledge in stages. If it took a lifetime for them to mold your reality for you, then you know that it may take longer than a day to fully awaken. The only way they can defeat us is by killing true spirituality through man made religion. Socrates said "Know thyself" because our unconscious thought processes create and sustain this illusion. We simply cannot be fooled when we know our true self.
Trust what is TRUE FOR YOU. Do your own research and introspection. Whatever you may believe about 9/11, it has been used as a pretext to remove your rights. Realize you are being played and refuse to play by their rules.

Poverty is the worst form of crime and violence. Whats worse is all the silence. An eye for an eye only ends up making the whole world blind. Each one teach one. There never was a good war or a bad peace.
No one can sit at the bedside of a dying child and still believe in God. I believe man made God out of ignorance and fear. I can not speak for all non-believers, only for myself. When I look at the violence, and indoctrination of children, by a religion that can offer nothing more then a book riddled in contradiction as evidence, I have a problem with that. It is clear when you compare the more secular parts of the world with the religious, that religious extremism is the key factor to much of the trouble in the world. It is a call for awareness.
The source energy, what we call "God", is what makes up the body of the universe. This is the beginning of creation and every creative process. Matter gets created out of non-matter. Forms are created from the realm where form does not exist. To the limited mind this is a completely ridiculous concept. We need to work with the order of things not against them to evolve to an optimal state. However, many of the things we aspire towards in life or are forced to accomplish through our employment often goes against this. When we work with alignment everything changes.
The fact that we live at the bottom of a deep gravity well, on the surface of a gas covered planet going around a nuclear fireball 90 million miles away and think this to be normal is obviously some indication of how skewed our perspective tends to be.
