2. Only if it is a complete anime series.

4. Only if it has not been released on DVD/aired on TV in the US.

WHY I never uploaded Kidou Shinsengumi Moeyo Ken:
1. I downloaded the series and found it insufferably boring.
2. MOEYO KEN IS NOW LICENSED BY AND AVALABLE ON DVD FROM ADV FILMS.
