Just heard about your computer man. That's really depressing. Of all the times that could happen. Do you think it can be fixed before the tornado season starts?

Update: No severe weather yet. Originally, Saturday was supposed to be pretty bad, but nothing happened. Lucky us.
I do expect a significant severe weather outbreak any day now, however. We here in DFW have NEVER gotten away with nice weather for more than a month before something awful happens, especially in the spring and summer months. When will it happen? I couldn't know less. So I'm going to keep an eye on TWC, because like I said, this is extremely abnormal for DFW this time of year, to have real nice weather for such long periods, and I remember that same thing happened in '04, from March to April{just us}. Scary stuff, man. I'll let you know if anything else happens. |

Small update: Nothing has happened as of today; but I believe a severe weather outbreak is actually more imminent than ever. Don't know when it's going to happen, though, so I'll be keeping an eye on TWC every now and then.
Take care, everybody! |

We here in northern Texas have had well below the average for severe weather for the month of May this year. Lucky us, huh?
We'll probably have the opposite luck in June and July, I think. Which basically means getting all the nasty weather they've been having in the Midwest. I remember in 2003, we didn't have that much severe weather compared to the rest of the country, yet in '04, we had some of the worst weather. I don't know if the second half of my first statement is 100% accurate or 100% true, but it seem to me, from a few past experiences I've had, nature has its own way of biting us in the ass, at least where I live. Good luck getting thru OK, Justin. I just looked at the Weather Channel's 'T-storm Fcst.' map, and doesn't look too bad tomorrow for you guys in the Miami Valley, but you never know. Stay safe, man! |
