when did it say that? and if you made that conclusion based on the color of their skin, of course their skin would remain the same, their environment is still roughly the same. natural selection can ony occur when the environment demands it.
yes, because those soldiers definitely wanted to be there. i dont think we should have been there in the first place but if u want somebody to blame then blame people like kennedy and johnson. and also, why must you hold it against the US for having superior technology?
