Hey, i noticed that you have some problems with your skin.. i wanted to share how i fought my red face and pimples.. I suggest you try virgin coconut oil (VCO) cold pressed (you'll see many different reviews if you search the net). At first, you might break out even more. My face was horrible when I first started using VCO, after about a month or so, my face started clearing up. I think what it does is it clears the pores so it brings everything out before making your face look better. Anyways, I just wanted you to try. If you do, let me know how it feels and what the results are. My face looks AMAZING now - I LOVE it. Oh, almost forgot, try to intake about 2-3 spoons of VCO a day as this will speed up the process of cleansing :) good luck!
