This channel will feature videos taken at CEATEC Japan 2008 by the second annual Tech-pert Panel, an independent advisory panel of US journalists. This panel will select the most influential technologies, services and products debuting at CEATEC JAPAN 2008.

This year, the Tech-pert Panel consists of returning judges--Michael Kanellos of Greentech Media, Richard Doherty of The Envisioneering Group and Tom Samiljan of Switched.com--and first-time judges, Mark Seavy of Consumer Electronics Daily, Kevin Sintumuang of GQ: Gentlemen's Quarterly and Joshua Fruhlinger of Engadget.com. Also this year, the Tech-pert Panel features contributing analysts, Auri Rahimzadeh of T.A.G. and Sabrina Doherty of The Envisioneering Group, who will support the panelists in surveying the show floor for new technologies.
