Hi Tiffany, my name is charlene how are you ? I just would like to say thank you so much for posting your video and congrats on your weight lose. I had gastric by pass 4 months ago, when I started I was 278 pounds and today I am 224 pounds. But i dont feel that i am losing weight fast enough and i also feel that right now i am at a stand steel. I drink decaf coffee with splinder twice a day but i dont think that will stop me from losing weight. I work out but not a lot. I mean what can i do to speed up the weight lose and should i be losing more weight at this stage? any information that you can give me will be greatly appreciated. and again thank you so muchYou can also e-mail me at charni2@msn.com.

hey there... i was looking to comment on the video i saw a couple months ago but i couldn't find it but you did a video about a water bottle. and i just wanted to let you know that i did see one in Bath and body works.not sure if there are some by you but i did see them there if you are looking for more.
