Q. What Is TPB3D?
A. TPB3D, or Theme Park Builder 3D is an open-source theme park building and management game
Q. When will the game be released?
A. It's difficult to say at the moment - The first alphas for the FRCS, the first part of the game, are expected to be released in the second half of 2009.
Q. Can I participate?
A. Certainly, just go to www.tpb3d.net and sign up
Q. Will TPB3D be available in shops?
A. No, TPB3D will be completely free and available from the TPB3D website.
Q. Will the game be like RCT3?
A. Not really, though there may be a few similar features, TPB3D will be better than RCT3
Q. I can't code/model etc, what can I do?
A. Everybody is welcome at the TPB3D Forums, even if the only way you can contribute is by making suggestions and discussing

I'm pretty confident that you didn't use the program yet, becaus I'm part of the team building this game. You just made yourself look totally clueless. Know what you're dealing with before you open your mouth.
1) It will work completely differently to RCT3.
2) It will not be available via retail. You can only download it.
3) It will be extremely realistic.
