Systema is very interesting, but is there any difference in it when it comes to Krav Maga and systema? It seems very similar since both are used for disarming people.

ii have gained so much respect for Spetsnaz training after practicing "some" of their systema and other tactics , that was 1997 :) 12 years later and i still have the composure and tactics perfect . i learned it from a half russian friend who's father was in the Spetsnaz back in Beirut ,Lebanon while we were both serving in the army , his dad taught us ruthlessly and i thank him for that ... stay strong Spetsnaz
