You may ask, what is "Swindall'd?"
DJ Screw is the Originator of Slowed and Chopped music. Other DJ's wanting to rise off of Screw's name, called their mixes "Screwed and Chopped." Screw did not call his mixes that, they were simply known as "Screw Tapes." Screw didn't like his name used by these other DJ's, for the simple fact that he didn't do their mixes, their name wasn't "Screw." That brings me to "Swindall'd." I'm not a DJ, Screw was. I do my mixes, not DJ Screw. My name is Swindall, not Screw. Thus my mixes are "Swindall'd and Chopped." Screw is so much better than me, that it would be disrespectful for me to name my mixes "Screwed." DJ Screw was a man not a form of music. Some of you so-called DJ's out there are really bad at the art form of Slowed and Chopped music. Calling your mixes "Screwed" really hurts and taints DJ Screw's legacy. Stop "Screwing Up" Screw's name. So hate me and my name, but remember that I give Screw all credit for being the Originator and I don't need to use his name to get noticed. I'm Swindall and my mixes aren't called Screw, but I guarantee you that you can feel the spirit of Screw in every "Swindall'd" mix I do.
