I am a licensed professional counselor, coach, and national presenter. I help clients develop their personal and professional communication skills. As a counselor, I specialize in girls' health and wellness and am the author of Circle of F.R.I.E.N.D.S. Facilitator's Guide containing 65 small group activities to teach girls about positive self-image, healthy friendships, emotional strength, and stress management.

In addition, I've written several self-help tips booklets and the college survival guide, "My Roommate is Driving Me Crazy!"
