To add to the previous comment, I mean the closest thing to dead you can be when you are alive, but it is a good dead. A humbling sort of dead.... ok.... Chalk it all up to sunstroke for sure!

Computerless, I have been doing much thinking lately. Perhaps this is sun stroke induced, but I think that being outside is the closest to being dead you can get. Why? Because in comparison, everything is much more alive than you outside.


For the most part, humans (I think ) have abandoned living IN nature. When we do venture into the woods, we are disrupting a perfect eco system. One that exists only because of our absence from within it. Symbiotic, beautiful, fresh, symbolic, deep, touching, nurturing, life.
And then there goes a human lying down in its glory like a mcDonald's cup in the coral reef.
