Wow, that was a really rare piece of pop history you sent me there - thanks for that! Though I must admit I find the song to be a bit formulaic (it actually reminds me of "Ben Adam", even though it predates it by 4 years), I quite understand why it moved the voters so much as to rank it in 4th place.
