Looholes is a deliberate misspelling in the video, it should read Loopholes, it's to illustrate how easily people miss what is right in front of them.
The aim of the video, to demonstrate that diver distraction causes accidents. Well done lollygaggle youre the first person out of 1,405 viewings to spot it'
This would be a diver who swims in the looholes?
My Answer... This is a Legal Parking Sensor. When laser equipment such as that used by the police, is fired at a vehicle fitted with the Laser ProPark, the laser pro park thinks it has detected an object that is, Too Close, and reacts by sending back a laser to measure the distance between the two objects, this bounce back can interfere with other laser equipment, and has been known to stop readings being taken and giving no jam / other codes from hand held devices.
The Laser Pro Park system, comes with a built in wireless transmitter that alerts drivers when they are too close to an object, giving them time to safely slow down, with 8 seconds between resets, so as you can see the Laser ProPark is merely doing its job, and ensured the driver was not caught unawares, saving them a costly speeding fine and penalty points.
I hope you had a good start in this new year

Thankyou and sorry for the confusion.
I love the way the clip show drivers who have ignored red lights.
Incidentally what exactly are Looholes?

I hope it demonstrates the need for on board driver safety systems!
