Onboard intel chipsets can be a mess. I'm not qualified enough to say yes or no for sure, but my guess would be that you'll probably have to do something about that if you want to play the game. Since it says required, not optional.

I looked at the sys requirements on your site, and my computer seemed ok. Until I went to the EA website. I tried the "Can you run it?" program to see if my computer could run the Spore Creature Creator. Everything was fine but 2 things:

Video HW Transform & Lighting: Required - Yes , You have - No
and
Vertex Shader Ver.: Required - 2.0 , You have - 0.0

Will my computer be ok for Spore without these two things?

Maybe you should consider upgrading your video card. Otherwise that should be sufficient.
