Awsome Channel. I broke my back in 1992. I'm 30% disabled, one of the lucky ones. I had a doctor tell me i would never compete again,(powerlifting/body building), in a oh well kind of way. I used that negative energy to fuel me. 27 months after my injury i was walking and broke a north dakota state record in powerlifting. I left the law enforcement field and went back to college and became a personal trainer. I haven't worked since. Passing on my passion for fitness isn't work its awsome.
