Solid Ground (formerly the Fremont Public Association) is dedicated to achieving a just and caring community free from poverty, prejudice and neglect. Our 30 poverty-fighting programs in Seattle/King County help 30,000 families a year overcome the traumas associated with poverty and regain stabilty.
