Of course the person in this video wasn't smoking real weed, but fake weed. Smoking weed in Belgium is legal though, under certain circumstances. If the person would have been smoking real weed, it would have been legal.

Of course, the person starring in the video was already under influence, thats why he looked to the camera twice. And like a real stoner, only one take, and done. Good enough? I think I made my point. Chill out to some BB vinyl and smoke something.
