Hi there! I am interested in all kinds of sports activities and training for physical fitness, especially freerunning, bodybuilding, snowboarding and running.

I put my vids here mostly so I can share dem with friends, but anyone else can watch for fun or inspiration for their own training. I am not best in the world, but I strive for improvement every day, so thanx for nice comments and/or ratings. :)
