I know some officers prefer to have the fire department come out and spread the fence using the Jaws of Life or other tools. Heck, even a car jack will spread the fence enough to get the deer through. There is one problem in doing this when a deer is trying to get into a fenced in property, eventually, it wants to get out...

Note: I like to spread the fence a little if possible, but only to make the deer easier to pull back out the same way it went in. (less info)
